0000676: Fix build problem in mtd
Replaces ‘dl’ with ‘$(DL_DIR) to make mtd build when the download dir is not configured to default .

National DP83847 support for 2.4.31
This patch adds support for the National semiconductor DP83847 PHY in the au1000 ethernet driver.
From 2.6.15, this driver is included in the official kernel.
cfi patch for 2.4.31
This workaround prevent a kernel-panic when using the cfi (common flash interface) driver when polling for operation complete.
